Are Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson faking "hatred" of one another?

At any given opportunity Made in Chelsea stars Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson have always laid in to one another through the medium of Twitter, ever since Lucy started dating Louise's ex Spencer Matthews. Recently Lucy could not hide her amusement at Louise being labelled a 'slut' on Twitter. However at the TV Choice Awards on Monday the girls did not appear indifferent to each other, as they sat just one seat away from each other with co-star Binky Felstead sat in between them. Whilst ever friendly and entertaining Binky could have helped diffuse the tension between the girls, it does seem suspicious that these two were willing to be that close to one another, given their apparent hatred of each other.

Of course, this sets fuel to the fire, that some of the storylines in Made in Chelsea are exaggerated in order to boost the ratings. It could be that these two are civil with one another, but the reality show emphasised their hatred of each other, to create explosive scenes. This was famously done, when it was revealed on the show that Louise slept with Spencer Matthews, behind boyfriend of the time, Jamie Laing's back. However after facing a very public backlash for apparently doing this, Louise admitted that this storyline was in fact made up and she never did cheat on Jamie. If this plot can be made up then there is every chance that Louise and Lucy's continued "hatred" of each other is contrived for a public show. Indeed, in the past there have been questions raised over whether co-stars publicly "fight" on Twitter in order to get publicity for the show.

Whilst we will never know the truth behind this on-going 'spat' that they have, unless the show abruptly ends and the stars release memoirs, we shall assume for now that Louise and Lucy are civil to one another, despite their past disputes. There is of course every chance that these two girls try to get along at awards ceremonies for the sake of putting on a united MIC front.

Do you think Louise and Lucy have pretended to "fight" all this time? Is their supposed hatred of one another a show for the cameras? Do you think they are civil only for awards ceremonies?

Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson: the feud continues

When Made in Chelsea's Louise Thompson pondered what her talents were on Twitter, she probably was not quite expecting the response she got. Her Twitter followers suggested that her talents were 'crying', 'being a slut' and 'fishing'. The most mixed bag of skills, I have ever heard of. Louise posted this tweet after admitting to loving The Great British Bake Off and proceeded to ask her followers 'why don't I have any talents?'

After finding out the response from her followers, Louise tweeted 'So my talents are crying, being a slut and fishing hahahaha #charming.' Never one to miss a thing, Lucy Watson tweeted in response to Louise, a simple but effective: 'ahahahahaha', clearly delighting in the public's opinion of arch rival Louise.

Miss Thompson then replied to Lucy with 'catching fish would be cool but it's 'merely fishing for compliments' !!!' Perhaps she is making a dig at Lucy's posting of selfies, implying that she is 'fishing' for compliments. Lucy, flabbergasted at the retaliation replied 'haha unbelievable.'

I recently reported that a lot of the girls in the Made in Chelsea cast are now getting on very well, this includes Lucy's recent friendship with Rosie Fortescue, who once disapproved of Lucy. However the Louise-Lucy rift, seems far from ending, this is even despite Spencer Matthews no longer being linked to either girl.

Lucy Watson's makeup secrets

Lucy Watson is the latest celebrity to reveal her beauty secrets over Twitter, as she answered fans questions about the makeup she wears, yesterday. This appeared to be inspired by a makeup shopping trip with Made in Chelsea co-star Binky Felstead.

Lucy normally wears quite simple yet striking makeup, as she often applies a slick of eyeliner to her upper lashes with very neutral eyeshadow and keeps her complexion clear. She revealed that her favourite brands are one's which are not tested on animals, such as Urban Decay, Smashbox, Stila and Liz Earle. To get that smokey eye look, which Lucy loves, she uses Smashbox gel liner. Love the tips Lucy - keep them coming!

Will there be more unity between the Made in Chelsea girls in series 6?

Made in Chelsea girls. Fran Newman-Young, Rosie Fortescue, Lucy Watson, Lucie Rake and Binky Felstead. Image from Chris O'Neill official Twitter.

I recently reported on how Lucy Watson and Rosie Fortescue have enjoyed a budding friendship, seemingly going on nights out together and now it seems that the majority of the girls in the Made in Chelsea cast are now getting on. An image has emerged of Lucy Watson, Rosie Fortescue, Binky Felstead and Fran Newman-Young cosying up for a picture together whilst filming, along with Lucie Rake, producer of Made in Chelsea.

It is particularly surprising how Fran Newman-Young is happy to pose in the same picture with Lucy Watson, seeing as it was only last series in which she, along with her sister Olivia and friend Phoebe Lettice were hating on Lucy for showing interest in Phoebe's ex-boyfriend Alex Mytton. However perhaps Fran's friendship with Rosie Fortescue, which we saw emerging last series has introduced her into this new social set and made her more accepting of Lucy.

Cheska Hull has also posted pictures on her Instagram account of herself, Lucy and Binky wrapped in dressing gowns, enjoying time at a spa. Cheska used to be so dismissive of Lucy, so it looks like these two have also managed to put the past behind them.

Now that Millie Mackintosh has left, who was notoriously cliche with Rosie, it has allowed her to become more involved with some of the other MIC girls. It increasingly looks like we will see a more unified girl group this series, with the exception of Stephanie Pratt who is bound to ruffle some feathers!

Is Lily Allen making a dig at Millie Mackintosh?

Lily Allen. Image from parentdish.co.uk

Lily Allen posted a controversial tweet this morning, stating 'Thin people who incessantly feel the need to post pictures of themselves 'working out' you are smug, not inspirational. Stop it. #living ugh'. Allen's gained a lot of attention with it currently being retweeted by 1,766 Twitter users, one which included The Saturday's Rochelle Humes.

It appears that Lily is talking about the recent trend of bikini and gym selfies in which people take pictures of their bodies, honed by the gym for all to see. Whilst she could be referring to any number of celebrities that do this such as TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh or MIC's Lucy Watson. It cannot be a coincidence that Millie Mackintosh posted a bikini selfie, showing off the results of her gym workout around 20 hours before Lily posted this tweet. Millie posted this particular Instagram photo with the caption 'Hard work in the gym finally paying off! #nopainnogain', which she also posted to her Twitter page.

Lily's tweet mentions people who post pictures of themselves 'working out' and Millie's picture makes a reference to the 'gym' and the fact that she got that body through working out. Furthermore Millie has posted numerous other pictures of herself working out with her personal trainer before, so it seems likely that Lily is making a dig at her in particular.

GOSSIP EXCLUSIVE: Rosie Fortescue and Lucy Watson - an unlikely friendship

(From left to right): Rosie Fortescue and Lucy Watson. Images from reveal.co.uk

Made in Chelsea have just started filming for series 6 and it would seem that two castmates have formed an unlikely friendship. Rosie Fortescue and Lucy Watson who used to point blank ignore each other have formed some kind of friendship as they have been tweeting each other a lot recently.

This is a surprising alliance, as previously we have seen Rosie take the mickey out of Lucy's famous 'get up in your grill' phrase alongside her BFF Millie Mackintosh. Other than that the girls have had little interaction with Rosie sticking with her bosom buddy Millie and Lucy mingling with a whole variety of the Made in Chelsea cast.

However this is not the first time Rosie has not got on with someone and then suddenly struck up a close friendship, as she did just that with Millie Mackintosh who she had fallen out with by kissing Millie's boyfriend of the time, Hugo Taylor. The arch rivals then made up and became close friends.

Rosie and Lucy have specifically been discussing their hangovers, indicating they may have enjoyed a night out together and Lucy tweeted how 'pretty' Rosie was looking one day. Whilst the girls are yet to cuddle up for a bestie selfie, it looks like these two will be in a few scenes together in the next series. Stay tuned!

GOSSIP EXCLUSIVE: Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson row esculates

(From left to righ)t: Lucy Watson and Louise Thompson. Images from Google Images

Made in Chelsea may be taking a break after series 5, but the bitch fights are yet to be put on the shelf. It would seem that Louise Thompson and Lucy Watson are still at loggerheads. Not content with shooting insults at each other on screen the co-stars are exchanging insults on the favoured medium of celeb spats - Twitter. The pair originally fell out after Louise split up with her cheating boyfriend Spencer Matthews, and Lucy Watson got together with him soon after. However, before that the pair had never got on as Lucy had never made it a secret that she fancied Spencer.

When a Twitter user accused Louise Thompson's private life of revolving over 'crying over Spencer', Louise hit back, causing the the user to state that she was now Team Lucy. Louise then responded with 'obviously chavs support chavs'. Of course Lucy was never going to sit back and take the high road, as she replied to Louise saying 'your insults are boring now get a new hobby'. Perhaps fearing a back lash Louise has since deleted her tweet.

So if we were not already excited enough for series 6 of MIC, this spat gives us a clear indication that the drama and tension between the two ladies will most definitely continue. I do not see an olive branch being offered any time soon!

MOWIE

Imagine a reality show mash-up of The Only Way Is Essex and Made in Chelsea, now that would be interesting. It would be something in between Essex glamour and Chelsea Sloane. Imagining Mark Francis’ face at this idea would just make it even more worth while! So I’ve put my thinking cap on and created some MOWIE couples who I think would be great together!

Joey Essex from TOWIE and Phoebe Lettice from MIC. They both look about 16, have quirky styles, love fashion and are up for having fun. Phoebe could also help Joey out with his Fusey line, maybe a feature in Tatler wouldn't go amiss?

Stevie Johnson from MIC and Lucy Mecklenburgh from TOWIE. After being treated badly by love rat Mario, Lucy deserves an all round nice, sweet and genuine guy and Stevie is certainly that!

James Lock from TOWIE and Lucy Watson from MIC. These too both seem like players, so why not put them together?

Spencer Matthews from MIC and Lauren Pope from TOWIE. It's going to take a lot to tame Spencer and an older woman like Lauren might just be the trick. Plus she's blonde, and if there's something we've learnt from Spencer's Caggie obsession and Julianne Hough crush its that he likes blondes.

What do you think of these MOWIE couples? Are they a match made in reality heaven?
